Masak-masak..

Peeps... I dont really cook everyday..since hubs pun ok so mmg amatlah jarang masak on weekdays...but i tried to have at least masak satu lauk la during weekend...hari biasa pun ko tak masak, weekend pun tak masak mmg melampau la kan... bila dah kawin ni kenelah jugak explore masak bende2 yg special sikit, kot la suamiku itu nak ajak org datang rumah takdelah teman masak nasik + goreng ayam aje kan, kite kenelah belajor2 buat bende yg bukan selalu dimakan dok.....i dont eat any mee berkuah eg laksa ke, mee kari ke, mee bandung ke and watever jenis mee lagi la hence mmg tak padai masak bende alah tu..but somehow rather most of my friends be it di opis or kawan UIA tu hah and my relatives, they really loves my ayam masak merah...ape2 aje...itu orang buta pun boleh buat okeh...response i received from them mostly cakap sambal tu sedap...and ade yg mintak resipi...again,,ape jer korang ni...but i do have my secret ingredient tau...which of kos i cant reveal here...secret sangat ko...However apart from my ayam masak merah i can confidently declare that i am also terer buat lasagna, sambal goreng ( ni resipi turun temurun hubs's side from Singapore ni) and also cheese cake....hahahahaha siannn ko, itu aje yg ko pandai masak...eh wait, wait..nasik beriyani combo with ayam masak merah n acar rampai also pandai maaa....

ni pun nasib sempat ambik gambo...time raya haji hari tu balik Nilai jap..letak atas meja terus masing2 mcm pirana...alhamdullilah..this lasagna was such a hit... Also let me introduce you with my signature oreo cheesecake...made from 100% philidelphia cheese ( no tepung2 ok)....

Fresh from oven ni...sedap tak? sedap tak?.....kihkihkih perasan...orang lain dah siap mcm chef dah aku tgk bila masak, tapi guwe ni aje yg pandai masak????..kesian sungguh kesiann...tapi takpe yg penting kesungguhan nak belajar n practise tu hah...masak2 ni penat la, sakit pinggang..kot ade maid oklah boleh tolong sental menyental..ni tgh nak try buat pie....hehehehehe baru nak belajar ok, dah compile resipi2 but yet to try nak masak...akak busy hokeh....ok jumpa lagi.... daaaa
