Masak-masak..

Peeps... I dont really cook everyday..since hubs pun ok so mmg amatlah jarang masak on weekdays...but i tried to have at least masak satu lauk la during weekend...hari biasa pun ko tak masak, weekend pun tak masak mmg melampau la kan... bila dah kawin ni kenelah jugak explore masak bende2 yg special sikit, kot la suamiku itu nak ajak org datang rumah takdelah teman masak nasik + goreng ayam aje kan, kite kenelah belajor2 buat bende yg bukan selalu dimakan dok.....i dont eat any mee berkuah eg laksa ke, mee kari ke, mee bandung ke and watever jenis mee lagi la hence mmg tak padai masak bende alah tu..but somehow rather most of my friends be it di opis or kawan UIA tu hah and my relatives, they really loves my ayam masak merah...ape2 aje...itu orang buta pun boleh buat okeh...response i received from them mostly cakap sambal tu sedap...and ade yg mintak resipi...again,,ape jer korang ni...but i do have my secret ingredient tau...which of kos i cant reveal here...secret sangat ko...However apart from my ayam masak merah i can confidently declare that i am also terer buat lasagna, sambal goreng ( ni resipi turun temurun hubs's side from Singapore ni) and also cheese cake....hahahahaha siannn ko, itu aje yg ko pandai masak...eh wait, wait..nasik beriyani combo with ayam masak merah n acar rampai also pandai maaa....

ni pun nasib sempat ambik gambo...time raya haji hari tu balik Nilai jap..letak atas meja terus masing2 mcm pirana...alhamdullilah..this lasagna was such a hit... Also let me introduce you with my signature oreo cheesecake...made from 100% philidelphia cheese ( no tepung2 ok)....

Fresh from oven ni...sedap tak? sedap tak?.....kihkihkih perasan...orang lain dah siap mcm chef dah aku tgk bila masak, tapi guwe ni aje yg pandai masak????..kesian sungguh kesiann...tapi takpe yg penting kesungguhan nak belajar n practise tu hah...masak2 ni penat la, sakit pinggang..kot ade maid oklah boleh tolong sental menyental..ni tgh nak try buat pie....hehehehehe baru nak belajar ok, dah compile resipi2 but yet to try nak masak...akak busy hokeh....ok jumpa lagi.... daaaa

Ko nak kene lempang?????

Of course we always come across bende ni : ITTEW, LETTEW, AQ..... mcam haremmm kadang2 mak tak paham noks...yg "AQ" aka AKU tu rase mcm nak lempang2 aje sape yg guna ok...tulis elok-elok sikit boleh tak..mak pun kadang2 terikut2 noks..tapi yang mak selalu pakai biasa- biasa sajorkk...eh eh!!!!!#pangsedas

Moi Birthday and 3rd Anniversary...

dah 32 tahun dah ko...32 tahun and anak baru sorang je...sedeyyy...hahahaaha...biar arrr....Our initial plan to celebrate my birthday and anniversary sebenarnye nak gi Cherating..unfortunately Holiday Villa full house and wheather pulak lately manja2 gloomy gituk..so instead of membazir duit masa n tenaga nak mengdrive beberapa jam gi Cherating sana and in the end tak dpt kuar bilik pegi beach pastu duk aje dlm bilik mengenang nasib yg malang tu, hubs has decided to just check in kat hotel di Kuala Lumpur tanah tumpah darahku itu...so his choice was Doubletree by Hilton kat Jalan Tun Razak tu hah...yg jalan kaki gi Ampang Park...the room......emmm let me talk about the room..spacious, very chic and modern and the best part ade blind untk glass panel pi bathroom...mcm nak feeling2 manja ko bukak lah blide tu so org yg duduk kat katil nampaklah ko tgh berak ke, kencing ke, mandi ke...romantik tak??? romantik tak???....Puiiiii.....si sophia boleh nangis bila babah dia masuk toilet ok..lempang kang budak ni...cheh tak leh upload our photos la..takpe kite ambik gambar googled dulu..

overall it was a very good quality time with hubs and Sophia...tapi serious tak perlu nak pi jauh2 utk short and quick getaway camni, check in aje kat mane2 hotel kat KL pun ok jugak...so it was also decided that we will do this as often as we can just to have some good family time.... Husbterku..thanks for everything...love love love you...Happy 3rd Anniversary too

Raya Haji 2012

Peeps....due to certain unforseen reason, raya haji kali ni tak balik Johor / Singapore but instead the PIL + adik2 ipar akan beraya di rumahku di Pandan Perdana itu...well, it supposed to be hub's punye turn balik first raya kat Johor tapi dah MIL itu kate raya di KL kite ikutkan lah saje...aku suka aje sebab esok tu boleh balik Nilai jap......yahoooooo tapi haruslah pening kepala nak memikiorkan menu. SIL dah siap proposed menu yg amatlah emmmmm byk tu nak masak...diaorg nak, daging rendang ( MIL masak), masak lodeh ( MIl jugak), sambal goreng + ayam masak merah + sambal sotong( yours truly la kott)....but on top of it, i have also come out with my own menu ( mampuslah aku kene masak byk gilos ni)..mcm nak bake oreo cheese cake for my birthday celebration ...eii tak malu birthday girl ( girl kah?) buat kek sendiri..pastu mcm nak buat lasagna jugak sebab mmg SIL dah request dari awal2 lagi + chicken pie and either congo bar or brownies....camne nak diet i tell you...huhhhhh mencikkk

Sophia' 2nd Birthday Bash...

Peeps...sophia birthday was on the 3 week of Raya and due to byk giler jemputan open house we decided tak yah la nak party bagai and plus aku malas gilerrr ok...and in fact the initial plan sebenarnye nak buat kat singapore...melampuau betul kan, nak masuk sane semata2 nak celebrate birthday dedemok ni...tapi citernya on 8 September tu pulak mommy yer kene pegi office raya celebration la pulak...tak de excuse tak nak pegi so i was like oklah..tak yah la birthday2 sophia ni.. tapi tah mcmane tah, a week before her birthday tu rase nak buat mkn2 n panggil my family ajelah kott, tapi rase mcm tak best sikit pulak org then i invited my aunty to come over...tup tup bila sampai harinya hubster pulak kate ' eh baik jemput business partner dia sekali, senang tak yah nak masak byk2 kali2..' sabo ajelah... so pagi tu mcm menggila la masak...menu : nasik beriyani + ayam masak merah + acar rampai + papadom, spagethi and lasagna saje....yours truly masak sampai kejung2 kaki...lupa nak beli cake, calld my sister mintak dia belikan..dapatlah cake bodoh2...oklah tu...

With the whole clan, ambik gambar di kaki tangga Merlion yg besau giler tu...but sadly tak dpt jalan satu sentosa, masa mencemburui kami katenya...kene rush balik rumah, nak packing2 nak beraya rumah PIL kat senai pulak...kuang asam or what dah raya ke berapa tak balik2 lagi johor katenya...Raya ke 7 balik kl but prior to that of kos la masuk JPO kejap..our activity wajib...beli baju utk si dedemok tu and babah dpt something from Cotton on..mommy? huh jalan dpn Coach, Ferragamo ambik bau sajork...sedeyyyyy p/s: Yeayyyy, although it took me almost 2 days to complete this entry tapi berjaya jugak habiskan satu entry....yeayyyyyy..

maybe writing is not my forte anymore....
